Water is one of the essentials to life. Drinking it increases your energy and reduces fatigue, but that's just the beginning.
  1.  Water promotes weight loss. You know when you’re craving a snack and want something tasty to eat? Before you reach for the Cheetos, try having a tall glass of water. I’m sure that you won’t want the snack after feeling rejuvenated.
  2.  Have you always wanted skin with a flawless glow? Before you shop for all these different lotions and potions, try drinking 2 liters of water every day.
  3. If you’re constantly getting cramps or sprains, one simple step: D-R-I-N-K W-A-T-E-R!  It’s as simple as that.
  4. Don’t forget the constant headache - water can fix that too! One glass and you're sure to start feeling better.
  5. Achoo! Sick again? Drinking water boosts your immune system so you're less likely to get sick.
  6. Want to remove the toxins in your body? The perfect detox is water; it flushes the toxins out of your body like 1 2 3.
  7. Ugh, I can’t focus and I have a super important test tomorrow. We all know that situation… just try a glass of water or two. Water is scientifically proven to boost brain power.
Even if you don’t believe in water’s magic, having a glass won’t have a bad effect on you like some medicines with endless side effects.
